To legally sell our candy cups, your store must meet these two requirements under Texas Health & Safety Code §437.
Register as a Cottage Food Vendor
Register for free on the Texas DSHS (Department of State Health Services) website. It takes about 10 minutes and is required for all stores selling cottage food products in Texas.
