Rainbow Candy Vending Co.™ was born from one of the most powerful feelings a parent can have — immense pride in their children and a deep desire to do more for them.
As parents, we could not be more proud of our three kids. They are exceptional students, kind-hearted human beings, and our greatest motivation every single day. Watching them work hard, stay focused, and grow into the people they are becoming fills our hearts with gratitude and purpose.
It was that pride — that deep parental love — that sparked the idea of starting a family business. We wanted to build something together, something that reflected our values and created a better future for all three of them.
We took our first steps by placing candy vending machines at various locations around Laredo, TX — a humble beginning that taught us so much about our community and what people love. That experience gave us the confidence and vision to dream bigger. From there, we made the exciting leap into creating our own signature Rainbow Candy cups — handpicked, freshly packed, and bursting with color and flavor. Every step of this journey has been a family effort, and we are just getting started. 🌈
Rainbow Candy Vending Co.™ was created with all three of them in mind — to help build toward their futures, including their college educations, and to honor the strength it takes to raise a family with intention. For us, this business is more than candy — it is a symbol of hope, unity, hard work, and the belief that every child, in every family, deserves the chance to thrive. Because autism has touched our family in a deeply personal way, this company also represents love, perseverance, and the recognition that families across all walks of life work every day to create brighter futures for their children.
Where We Are Today & Where We're Going
Rainbow Candy Vending Co.™ launched in full compliance with the Texas Cottage Food Law — a state program that empowers small, family-run businesses to hand-pack and sell food products locally while they get started. It means our candy cups are made with love and sold directly through us, by phone, WhatsApp, or email. It's humble, it's honest, and it is exactly the right foundation for a family business built the right way.
